Conditioned to Have no Time!

One of the main reasons we created The Chosen Few, was dealing with adulting.

None of us were particularly good at it and our time management sucked, we lost our love of training and short WOD style workouts reignited our love for it. 

For a simple taste of the weekly workouts that our chosen crew go through each week, to stay on-top of their individual leader boards, have a peek at the three workouts above.

We use Time to complete, total sets/reps and total calories alongside other metrics like heart rate changes to track improvements on fun challenges that are scaled to individuals ability.

Meaning, every time we compete, we find a way that we have improved, to celebrate each others successes each time.

There is more honor in accumulating little by little, than in reaching for the sky and ending up flat on your face.
